Sophia High School Bangalore Extracurricular activities

To facilitate overall development, the school encourages participation in extracurricular activities. The school understands that a healthy mind and healthy body are equally important in all students.

• Yoga classes have been an integral part of Sophia High School since 2007.
• Basketball, throwball, swimming, tennis, and badminton are played in the school. The students have also participated in many sports competitions and won accolades.
• The school trains students to be part of NCC.
• Aloysia is an outreach program exclusively for class XI students, where they volunteer to teach the children of Angel’s orphanage.
• The school has a band comprising students from class VIII to XII, which is an integral part of school events.
• The school also celebrates events such as Independence Day, Diwali, Karnataka Rajyotsava, International Day for People with Disabilities, and Dan Utsav.
