The XIMB is located in a 20 acre campus in Bhubaneswar’s well-connected area, the Nandan Kanan road. The campus is located near to headquarters of major corporate institutions such as the NALCO, Tech Mahindra, Fortune Towers, etc.

Library
The XIMB library has a vast resource of books, journals, and periodicals. All of these resources are available for the reference of students.
The library also boasts of several thousands of digital resources and articles from Bloomberg, EBSCOO, Proquest, IEEE Computer Society, SAGE Publications, and several other well reputed institutions.
Residential Area
The residential area hosts thousands of students on the campus. These areas have all amenities for students, teachers, and staff. There are also studio apartments available on the campus.
Residential areas for students such as hostels are equipped with Wi-Fi which helps in academics as well as in leisure activities. Executive hostel rooms have 48 single rooms and have an air conditioning facility.
Hostels also have copy machines and printer services that are available round the clock.
The mess serves vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food. There is also a cafe called X Cafe which provides food for students even late at night.
A doctor is available on-campus from 6 am to 7 pm, except on Sundays. There is also a full-time nurse available on the campus.
The residential areas are well guarded and outsider movement inside the campus is strictly prohibited.
Sports Area
The campus has a well maintained sports area with a gym, jogging tracks, basketball courts, cricket field and a lot of other facilities.
A committee organizes periodical sports events.
