Mount Carmel PU College Overview

Mount Carmel PU College is an all-girls college located in Bangalore. The college is managed by the Congregation of Carmelite Sisters of St. Teresa. Set up in 1948 with the main aim of improving education among women, the college admits students without any discrimination of caste, creed, etc. Mount Carmel PU College also assists eligible students in securing minority scholarships.

Mount Carmel PU College Fees Structure

The fees at Mount Carmel PU College vary depending on the board the student has completed their 10th standard from, as well as the stream they opt for at the PU level. For students who have passed Class 10 from the Karnataka state board, the total fees range from ₹51,000 to ₹68,000 annually depending on whether they choose the Science, Commerce or Arts/Humanities stream.

Students who have completed Class 10 from CBSE, ICSE or NIOS boards pay slightly higher fees in the range of ₹52,000 to ₹69,000 per year. Out-of-state students from outside Karnataka pay even higher fees ranging from ₹77,000 to ₹94,000 annually for pursuing PU at Mount Carmel College.
