Full-time PGDM program

The program is a two-year course divided into six terms. The college follows an innovative teaching-learning methodology to impart the program. The course content has been created with an intention to develop core skills and abilities needed for future leaders.

Full-time PGDM offers dual specialization in marketing, finance, human resource management, international business, operations management, and business analytics. The core components of the course are divided into 75 credits. 

Candidates are selected on the basis of their CAT/XAT scores, group discussion, and personal interview.

Weekend PGDM program

This two-year PGDM program is conducted on weekends. The course is divided into six terms with 28 core courses. The program is well-structured and offers a broad perspective of the industrial environment.

Apart from the core courses, the candidates must choose 6 electives from marketing, finance, human resource management,  and general management subjects. The course aims to inculcate theoretical and practical knowledge to the students. 

Online PGDM

This course has been exclusively designed for working professionals. This program is equivalent to a full-time MBA with its holistic curriculum and immersive approach to teaching. 

The course is divided into 6 trimesters with an exhaustive syllabus. Applicants to the course should have two-year full-time work experience and must hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

XIMU-LIBA Joint Doctoral Program (Ph.D.)

This is a joint collaboration between XIMU, Bhubaneshwar, and LIBA that allows you to study a Ph.D. in management irrespective of your post-graduate degree specialization. It is a full-time program and is offered in two categories.

Students can pursue research in accounting and finance, strategy and general management, marketing, and operations management. There will be coursework for six months when candidates will be provided accommodation at the XIMU campus, Bhubaneshwar. 

The two categories of admission are:

1. Candidates with an MBA or equivalent degree
2. Candidates with a degree in any domain

Doctoral program, University of Madras

LIBA offers a doctoral program in business administration affiliated to Madras University. It is offered in disciplines like economics, marketing, finance, human resource management, operations, and supply chain management. 

The college offers both full-time and part-time Ph.D. programs. Candidates can apply either for the June or the January session, as the program admission is conducted twice a year. Applications must be made online at the University of Madras website and thereafter, the details to be submitted to LIBA. The minimum and maximum duration for the course is 3 and 5 years.
